15 hour time block = $120 (or $8 per hour)

	40 hour time block = $300 (or $7.5 per hour)

	160 hour time block = $1040 (or $6.5 per hour)

Pay per hour plan will be billed at the end of each month and are rounded to 15 minutes. We are offering a 7-day money back guarantee. That means if you want to withdraw or cancel the services, you can do so in this 7-day period. No money will be refunded after this " MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE PERIOD".

Billing Information:

You will be e-mailed a bill from PayPal and an invoice from LMVA once the registration form is received. Do not pay invoices for assistant services unless the invoices originate from LMVA.
